Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Personalized/customized products
• Used or damaged items caused by the customer

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund will be sent to your original payment method or via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
